What is Home Care?
Home care, also known as domiciliary care or home care, is a type of medical and social care provided to people in their own home rather than in a traditional medical or care setting, such as a hospital or nursing home. True Care is a licensed home care agency. We offer various services, including certified caregivers (home health aides (HHA)), and other services such as infusion therapy and hospice. We help people remain in their homes and communities as they age, recover from illness or injury and/or manage chronic illness.
Home care can be an important option for those who want to age at home or are recovering from illness or injury. It allows you to remain at home while receiving the care you need.
Home care can include everything from home visits by caregivers to help with personal safety and hygiene, to medical supervision of equipment such as oxygen tanks and wheelchair ramps.

True home care, is a unique home care agency, with an experience of approximately 10 years, covering large territories in the United States. True home care besides offering home care services feels committed to humanity, making our service more than that, we focus on the physical and mental care of our patient, we become family and create many bonds of affection.
